VidAU Refund Policy

Effective as of 12th of November 2023

This refund policy applies to purchases of virtual service products through VidauAI Global website or app, including Software as a Service, cloud storage, etc.


1. Refund Conditions

1.1 If you make any Payment to VidAU, you have the right to request a refund of the Payment without providing a reason at any time within seven (7) days of the original date of Payment. We reserve the right to only issue a pro-rated refund which reflects the amount of credits you have used that you received from your Payment before claiming a refund.
1.2 If the virtual service has a fault or cannot be used properly, you can contact customer service (email: contact@vidau.ai ) for technical support. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund can be requested.


2. Refund Procedure

2.1 You needs to contact VidAU customer service (email: contact@vidau.ai ) and provide the reason for refund and order details.
2.2 If approved, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment account.
2.3 Refunds take approximately 7 working days to process.


3. Refund Restrictions

3.1 Refunds are not available if the access period of the virtual service has started or the content has been downloaded or activated by the customer.
3.2 For refund requests made beyond the stipulated timeframe, VidAU reserves the right to refuse based on the circumstances.
3.3 Refund requests due to personal reasons such as change of mind or improper operation can be rejected by VidAU.
3.4 Refunds do not apply to Enterprise agreements.


VidAU reserves the right to amend this refund policy according to business needs. All refund requests will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
